TEXAS IMPORTERS & EXPORTERS SDN BHD was established in Year 1975. The registered office and the principle place of business is located at JALAN RAJA LAUT, KUALA LUMPUR .

In Year 1976, we obtained dealership for ARMSTRONG AUTO PARTS SDN BHD & ARMSTRONG CYCLES PARTS SDN BHD and later in Year 1978 BOON SIEW SDN BHD (now known as BOON SIEW HONDA SDN BHD).

In Year 2002, we decided to relocate to JALAN IPOH, KUALA LUMPUR which provides a more spacious and comfortable environment.

Based on good reputation and high-quality after market motorcycle parts service to customers, we have won honors of HONDA Top 10 sales campaign every year since possessing the dealership.

In order to have better understanding of the demand of customers, we are involved in technology consulting, manufacturing, as well as import and export business.

In 2010, T.I.E (TEXAS IMPORTERS & EXPORTERS) became our highlighted brand in which we focus on performance parts for cubs with partnership from Thailand OEM factories.

In 2012, our involvement in superbikes parts started from Sinnob Sprocket Gear and our business expanded to Sabah and Sarawak.

Based on good reputation and excellent service, the total number of dealers from West Malaysia to Sabah and Sarawak expanded to over 400 dealers. (1975 - 2012)
